Spherical yttrium(III) oxide powder is widely used in Thermal spraying, supersonic flame Thermal spraying, explosive spraying and other processes to prepare high-temperature oxidation resistant, plasma etching containing fluorine and chlorine, and high-temperature proton transfer from fuel cell electrode to coating;
2. The roughness of yttrium(III) oxide coating is Ra 4.5-5.5 um, the porosity is as low as 3%, and the theoretical bonding strength can reach up to 8 Mpa. It can be applied to yttrium(III) oxide sputtering target, vacuum cavity coating in plasma etcher, electrode coating of fuel cell, electrolyte coating of oxygen sensitive sensor and display semiconducting coating, and can be used as metal modified filler to enhance the oxidation resistance and ductility of metal, improve the conductivity of alloy conductivity and mechanical strength.
