Iron Silicon Aluminum Alloy

Product Code : AL-FeSiAl-NN-CU

An aluminium alloy is an alloy in which aluminium (Al) is the predominant metal. The typical alloying elements are copper, magnesium, manganese, silicon, tin, nickel and zinc. There are two principal classifications, namely casting alloys and wrought alloys, both of which are further subdivided into the categories heat-treatable and non-heat-treatable. About 85% of aluminium is used for wrought products, for example rolled plate, foils and extrusions. Cast aluminium alloys yield cost-effective products due to the low melting point, although they generally have lower tensile strengths than wrought alloys. The most important cast aluminium alloy system is Al–Si, where the high levels of silicon (4–13%) contribute to give good casting characteristics. Aluminium alloys are widely used in engineering structures and components where light weight or corrosion resistance is required.

Iron Silicon Aluminum is one of numerous metal alloys sold by ATT under the trade name ATT Alloys™. Iron Silicon Aluminum powder is used in magnetic components. ATT specializes in producing high purity Iron Silicon Aluminum powder with the smallest possible average grain sizes for use in preparation of pressed and bonded sputtering targets and in Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) processes including Thermal and Electron Beam (E-Beam) Evaporation, Low Temperature Organic Evaporation, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Metallic-Organic and Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD). Powders are also useful in any application where high surface areas are desired such as water treatment and in fuel cell and solar applications. Nanoparticles also produce very high surface areas.

ATT is a professional supplier of Iron Silicon Aluminum Alloy, We also produce disc, granules, ingot, pellets, pieces, powder , rod, wire, sputtering target and in numerous other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available by request.
