Beryllium Oxide (CAS 1304-56-9) is an oxide of beryllium. It is highly toxic and has a chemical formula of BeO. It has amphoteric properties and can react with acids and strong bases. Beryllium oxide is a white powder with a high melting point and is often used in alloys, catalysts, and refractory materials.

We can also provide many materials in the nanoscale range. Materials are produced using crystallization, solid state and other ultra high purification processes such as sublimation. ATT also casts any of the rare earth metals and most other advanced materials into rod, bar, or plate form, as well as other machined shapes and through other processes such as nanoparticles and in the form of solutions and organometallics.
