Product Code : AL-BiIn-CU-CU
Its melting point is relatively low compared to other metals, and its alloy bismuth indium (Bi-In) is classified as a fusible alloy. Its melting point is lower than the eutectic point of the tin-lead alloy. The most common application of bismuth alloy is as a low-temperature solder, which can contain lead, cadmium, and tin in addition to bismuth and indium.
Bismuth indium is one of the many metal alloys sold by ATT. Usually available immediately in most volumes. Ultra-high purity and high purity forms also include metal powders, submicron powders and nanoscale, targets for thin film deposition, and particles for chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) applications. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagents and technical grades; Food, agriculture and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available. Major applications include bearing assemblies, ballasts, casting, step welding and radiation shielding.
ATT is a professional supplier of Bismuth Indium Alloy, and we also manufacture discs, balls, ingots, balls, sheets, powders, rods, wires, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.
