Bismuth Powder

Product Code : ME-Bi-5N-PO

ATT specializes in the production of high purity bismuth powder with minimum average grain size for the preparation of pressed and bonded sputtering targets, as well as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes, including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Powders are also useful in any application that requires a high surface area, such as water treatment, fuel cells, and solar energy applications. Nanoparticles can also produce very high surface areas. Our standard powder sizes average -325 mesh, -100 mesh, 10-50 micron and submicron (< 1 micron).

ATT is a professional supplier of bismuth powder, and we also manufacture plates, balls, ingots, balls, flakes, powder, rods, wires, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.

Applications of Bismuth Powder

Bismuth is often used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, low melting alloys; it can improve machinability of steels and other metals and be used to coat selenium.

Packing of Bismuth Powder

Standard Packing:

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.

ATTs’Bismuth Powder is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
