Product Code : ME-B-5N-BD
Boron bands can come in a variety of shapes, from flat strips to bangle-like structures. Boron strips can be customized in length and thickness. ATT specializes in producing high purity uniform shape boron strips with the highest density for semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. Straps can come in a variety of lengths, widths and shapes. Standard sizes range from 0.75 mm to 2 mm diameter with strict tolerances and alpha values (conductive resistance). Alloy tape and gauge sizes can be manufactured to custom specifications for commercial and research applications and new proprietary technologies. ATT casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods or plates, as well as other mechanical shapes and through other processes, such as nanoparticles, in the form of solutions and organometrics. Other shapes are available upon request. Boron strips can be used for a variety of purposes. The many shapes of boron bands make them useful in a variety of applications.
ATT is a professional supplier of boron strips, and we also manufacture plates, balls, ingots, balls, flakes, powders, rods, wires, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.

Product Information
Boron cobalt iron metal alloys can be used as discs, pellets, ingots, pellets, powders, rods, wires, foils, and sputtering targets. Ultra-high purity and high purity forms also include metal powders, submicron powders and nanoscale, quantum dots, thin film deposition targets, evaporated particles, and single or polycrystalline forms. ATT can also be introduced into alloys or other systems as a compound such as fluoride, oxide or chloride or as a solution. Boro-cobalt-iron alloys are usually immediately available in most volumes. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagents and technical grades; Food, agriculture and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available. Additional technical, research and safety (MSDS) information and reference calculators for converting relevant units of measurement are available.
ATT is a specialist supplier of boron-cobalt ferroalloys, and we also manufacture plates, balls, ingots, balls, flakes, powders, rods, wires, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.

Applications of Boron Band
Amorphous boron is used as a rocket fuel igniter and in pyrotechnic flares. It gives the flares a distinctive green colour. The most important compounds of boron are boric (or boracic) acid, borax (sodium borate) and boric oxide. These can be found in eye drops, mild antiseptics, washing powders and tile glazes.
Packing of Boron Band
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
ATTs’Boron Band is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
