Product Code : ME-B-5N-SP
ATT specializes in producing Boron as rolled sheets in various thicknesses and sizes. Most sheets are produced from cast ingots for use in coating and thin film Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) processes including Thermal and Electron Beam (E-Beam) Evaporation, Low Temperature Organic Evaporation, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Organometallic and Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) for specific applications such as fuel cells and solar energy. Thickness can range from 0.04" to 0.25" for all metals. Materials are produced using crystallization, solid state and other ultra high purification processes such as sublimation. ATT specializes in producing custom compositions for commercial and research applications and for new proprietary technologies. ATT also casts any of the rare earth metals and most other advanced materials into rod, bar or plate form, as well as other machined shapes and through other processes such as nanoparticles and in the form of solutions and organometallics. We also produce Boron as rods, powder and plates. Other shapes are available by request.
ATT is a specialist supplier of boron-cobalt ferroalloys, and we also manufacture plates, balls, ingots, balls, flakes, powders, rods, wires, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.

Product Information
Boron cobalt iron metal alloys can be used as discs, pellets, ingots, pellets, powders, rods, wires, foils, and sputtering targets. Ultra-high purity and high purity forms also include metal powders, submicron powders and nanoscale, quantum dots, thin film deposition targets, evaporated particles, and single or polycrystalline forms. ATT can also be introduced into alloys or other systems as a compound such as fluoride, oxide or chloride or as a solution. Boro-cobalt-iron alloys are usually immediately available in most volumes. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagents and technical grades; Food, agriculture and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available. Additional technical, research and safety (MSDS) information and reference calculators for converting relevant units of measurement are available.

Applications of Boron Sheet
Amorphous boron is used as a rocket fuel igniter and in pyrotechnic flares. It gives the flares a distinctive green colour. The most important compounds of boron are boric (or boracic) acid, borax (sodium borate) and boric oxide. These can be found in eye drops, mild antiseptics, washing powders and tile glazes.
Packing of Boron Sheet
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
ATTs’Boron Sheet is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
