Product Code : ME-Ca-5N-CO
Calcium coils are formed by wires wrapped around the core, forming a twisted spiral pattern. Calcium coils are used as components in many electrical devices. ATT specializes in producing high purity uniform shape calcium coils with the highest density for semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Coils are wound wire structures of different thicknesses and lengths, customizable sizes, with strict tolerances and alpha values (conductive resistance) for uses such as gas detection and temperature measurement tolerances. Please contact us to manufacture custom coil alloys and specifications. Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. American Elements specializes in the production of custom compositions for commercial and research applications as well as new proprietary technologies. ATT also casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods or plates, and other mechanical shapes, and in solution and organometrics through other processes such as nanoparticles. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagents and technical grades; Food, agriculture and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available.
ATT is a professional supplier of calcium coils, and we also manufacture tablets, balls, ingots, balls, sheets, powders, rods, wires, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.
Please contact us if you need customized services. We will contact you with the price and availability in 24 hours.

Product Information
ATT specializes in the production of high-purity calcium foils and sheets in a variety of thicknesses and sizes for a variety of industrial uses and provides health and occupational safety information for this product. Most foils are produced from ingots for coating and thin film chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes, including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), organometall and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) for specific applications such as fuel cells and solar energy. All metals range in thickness from 0.003 "to about 2mm. Some metals can also be rolled as thin as 0.001 "and are used as evaporation sources for microelectronics, optical, magnetic, MEMS, and hard-resistant coatings. Sheet size up to a maximum width of approximately 7 ". For film deposition on a glass or metal substrate, a maximum length of about 20" can be obtained, with a nominal thickness between about 0.005" and 0.020". Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. ATT specializes in the production of custom compositions for commercial and research applications as well as new proprietary technologies. ATT also casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods or plates, and other mechanical shapes, and in solution and organometrics through other processes such as nanoparticles.
ATT is a specialized supplier of nickel-calcium alloys, and we also manufacture tablets, balls, ingots, balls, sheets, powders, rods, wires, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.

Applications of Calcium Coil
Calcium is also used in the production of some metals, as an allying agent. Calcium carbonate is used to make cement and mortar and also in the glass industry. alcium carbonate is also added to toothpaste and mineral supplements. Calcium carbide is used to make plastics and to make acetylene gas.
Packing of Calcium Coil
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L)s quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
ATTs’Calcium Coil is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
