Calcium chips are a by-product of milling and grinding metal operations. Shavings are produced by shaving or cutting metal and then collected for recycling. Nanocrystalline structures have been found in metal shavings with high strength and wear resistance. ATT specializes in the production of high-purity calcium chips with the smallest possible average grain size for the preparation of pressing and bonding sputtering targets, as well as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes, including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), and other processes. Applications of Calcium Flange
