Tellurium Copper Alloy

Product Code : AL-TeCu-NN-CU

Copper is a ductile metal with very high thermal and electrical conductivity. Pure copper is rather soft and malleable and a freshly exposed surface has a pinkish or peach color. It is often used as a thermal conductor, and electrical conductor, building material, and composition of various alloys. The copper foil itself has a very flat shape and can be perfectly molded to other materials. The copper foil is also resistant to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, making it suitable for use in harsh environments or for products with strict material life requirements. Our copper coil rolls are ideal for electrical conductivity uses. other alloys available upon request. Tempers are available in annealed, full hard, and as rolled. The copper foil rolls we offer are ideal for use in the following applications: cable wrap, batteries, solar/alternative energy, circuit boards, and transformers.

Tellurium Copper is a highly machineable copper-based alloy with high electrical and thermal conductivity. Variants include full-hard (H04) tellurium copper, half-hard (H02) tellurium copper, and annealed (OS050) tellurium copper. ATT Alloys™ are available in numerous forms such as bar, wire, sheet, tube, strip, and foil, in standard and custom dimensions. ATT produces to many standard grades when applicable, including Mil Spec (military grade); ACS, Reagent and Technical Grade; Food, Agricultural and Pharmaceutical Grade; Optical Grade, USP and EP/BP (European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia) and follows applicable ASTM testing standards. Typical and custom packaging is available, as is additional research, technical and safety (MSDS) data. ATT is a professional supplier of Tellurium Copper Alloy, We also produce disc, granules, ingot, pellets, pieces, powder , rod, wire, sputtering target and in numerous other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available by request.

Applications of Tellurium Copper Alloy

Copper alloys are used for conductive spring clips, terminals and connectors. Copper alloys are also used for bearings, gears and valve guides, radiators, hydraulic tubing, and fasteners. Copper is an essential component of many of the latest design elements in today's cars.Copper's high conductivity makes it the ideal material in a wide variety of electical applications including: Electrical Energy Efficiency,Power Quality,Building Wire. Copper tube is the highest quality material available today for a variety of building applications including plumbing, fire sprinklers and more. Copper tube is an excellent choice for natural gas piping systems.
