Hastelloy C-2000 UNS N06200, Mostversatile, corrosion resistant alloy with excellent resistance touniform corrosion in oxidizing or reducing environments. With the addition of Copper to the Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum system, Hastelloy C-2000 is resistant to an extensive range of corrosive chemicals, including sulphuric, hydrochloric, and hydrofluoric acids. The combination of Molybdenum and Copper provides excellent corrosion resistance to reducing media, while the high Chromium content gives good oxidizing resistance. The nickel-chromium-molybdenum(Ni-Cr-Mo) C-type alloys have a long history of use in the ChemicalProcess Industries and are known for their versatility. Not only do theyresist all acids (especially hydrochloric, sulfuric, and hydrofluoric)over large temperature ranges, but they also resist the insidious typesof attack induced by chlorides and other halide solutions, specificallypitting, crevice attack, and stress corrosion cracking.

Applications of Hastelloy C-2000 Foil
1. Chemical Processing
Hastelloy C-2000 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy that is often used in chemical processing applications. Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
