Applications of Potassium Bifluoride
Mainly used in the manufacture of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, pure potassium fluoride, elemental fluorine production of electrolytes, also used in the manufacture of optical glass, etching glass, but also can be used as silver products welding flux, wood preservatives, masking agent and benzene alkylation catalyst.
