Magnesium Gadolinium Master Alloy Foil Application
Mg-Gd series alloys: Gd can improve the melting point and creep resistance of magnesium alloys. As early as 1974, researchers discovered that the Mg-Gd alloy that has undergone extrusion, quenching, and tempering and aging treatment has higher tensile strength at both high and low temperatures. Motorbike et al. studied the performance comparison of simple Mg-Gd binary alloys with WE43, QE22, and other alloys, and found that the creep resistance of Mg-Gd alloy is much higher than other alloys, and with the increase of Gd content, the creep resistance increase.

Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
