Product Code : ME-Ga-6N-PL
Gallium metal is silvery white minor metal with low melting point and high boiling point, which is liquid when temperature above 29℃, but solid when temperature under it. It is also soft even when solid. Ga is avaliable in liquid, solid, granule. Liquid gallium tends to undercool that mean it would’t solidify even temperature under 0℃. It slightly dissolve in mercury and form gallium amalgam. Liquid gallium can infiltrate glass, so it cannot use glass container to store. Gallium element mainly apply to produce semiconductor compounds as gallium arsenide, gallium nitride, gallium phosphide and so on. It is also dopant for semiconductor germanium wafer, silicon wafer.

Applications of Gallium Pellets
Gallium is predominantly used in electronics. Gallium arsenide, the primary chemical compound of gallium in electronics, is used in microwave circuits, high-speed switching circuits, and infrared circuits. Semiconducting gallium nitride and indium gallium nitride produce blue and violet light-emitting diodes and diode lasers. Gallium is also used in the production of artificial gadolinium gallium garnet for jewelry.
Packing of Gallium Pellets
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
ATTs’ Gallium Pellets is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
