Indium Arsenide (InAs) Powder (CAS: 1303-11-3) is a kind of gray crystalline powder, which is a semiconductor material. It is well known for its high electron mobility and narrow energy bandgap. It is widely used as a terahertz radiation source as it is a strong Photo-dember emitter.

Indium Arsenide is a narrow bandgap semiconductor, making it a good material for electronic devices operating at very high speed (and low power) electronics and for infrared detectors.
