Product Code : ME-Pb-5N-TA
Lead Tape is commonly used as a strong light weight outer coating. Additionally, tapes can serve as adhesives that bond two objects together. ATT produces to many standard grades when applicable, including Mil Spec (military grade); ACS, Reagent and Technical Grade; Food, Agricultural and Pharmaceutical Grade; Optical Grade, USP and EP/BP (European Pharmacopeia/British Pharmacopeia) and follows applicable ASTM testing standards. ATT specializes in producing Lead High Purity Tape and sheets in many thicknesses and sizes for numerous industrial uses and provides health and occupational safety information for this product. Most tapes are produced from cast ingots for use in coating and thin film Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) processes including Thermal and Electron Beam (E-Beam) Evaporation, Low Temperature Organic Evaporation, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Organometallic and Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) for specific applications such as fuel cells and solar energy. Lead Tape is usually in the form of long, thin, rolled metal lead strips. Thickness can range from 0.003" to approximately 2mm for all metals. Some metals can also be rolled down as thin as 0.001" for use as an evaporation source in microelectronics, optics, magnetics, MEMS, and hard resistant coatings. Piece sizes are available up to approximately 7" maximum width. Maximum lengths of about 20" can be obtained with a nominal thickness between about 0.005" and 0.020" for thin film deposition on glass or metal substrates. Materials are produced using crystallization, solid state and other ultra high purification processes such as sublimation. ATT specializes in producing custom compositions for commercial and research applications and for new proprietary technologies. ATT also casts any of the rare earth metals and most other advanced materials into rod, bar, or plate form, as well as other machined shapes and through other processes such as nanoparticles and in the form of solutions and organometallics.
ATT is a professional supplier of Lead Tape, and we also manufacture tablets, balls, ingots, balls, sheets, powders, rods, threads, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request

Product Information
ATT Group produces certified high purity lead bars for short - and long-term physical holding and allows exposure to and control of the risk of fluctuations in industrial demand as reflected in global lead prices. In addition to lead bars, funds, currency reserves, exchange traded funds (ETFs), private investors, collectors, and hobbyists can also purchase lead coins and ingots to gain direct physical ownership and ownership of the metal, while exposing themselves to the risks posed by shortages or changes in chemical/physical technology (such as the development of solar energy and fuel cells) equivalent to changes in the price of lead for industrial applications. ATT provides bonded short - and long-term warehouse inventory services to investors, funds and collectors who do not want physical custody of metals or lack secure storage or warehouse capabilities. Through advanced mint and mold systems, as well as analytically certified blanks (sheet or pastry) that are refined and pressed to strict purity and weight, the lowest lead strip unit price to lead melt value ratio is maintained. Lead bars can be bought in bulk or in small quantities. A portfolio of gold bars or coins with different elements can also be purchased from the American Association of Metal Traders, enabling strategic risk allocation and indexation of a basket of metals.

Applications of Lead Tape
Lead is still widely used for car batteries, pigments, ammunition, cable sheathing, weights for lifting, weight belts for diving, lead crystal glass, radiation protection and in some solders. It is often used to store corrosive liquids.
Packing of Lead Tape
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L)s quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
ATTs’Lead Tape is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
