Nickel Magnesium Cerium is one of numerous high purity rare earth alloys manufactured by ATT. As a master alloy, NiMgCe can be used for grain refining, hardening, and improving alloy performance by enhancing properties such as ductility and machinability. Available alloy forms include sheets and plates, discs, foils, rods, tubes, and other shapes. ATT can produce nickel-magnesium-cerium alloy in various standard ratios of Ni:Mg:Ce; custom alloy compositions are also available. Advanced chemical analysis is available for all alloy products by best demonstrated techniques including X-ray fluorescence (XRF), glow discharge mass spectrometry (GDMS), and inert gas fusion. Applications of Nickel Magnesium Cerium Alloy

Used to refine the grain of magnesium alloy and improve the strength of magnesium alloy.The magnesium calcium alloy is primarily used in the removal of bismuth from lead for refinement purposes. The alkaline elements in the alloy react with the molten lead under controlled conditions.

Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
