Our 1″x1″ nickel squares are cut from high purity nickel cathodes, above 99.98%. Batches are sorted to meet the requirements of a surface treatment use. The product is then packaged according to the needs of our customers.
Nickel squares, are used as an anodes for electrolytic nickel baths based on nickel sulphate and nickel chloride. Due to their low cost, nickel squares are often used for decorative applications.
They are placed in rectangular titanium baskets with sufficient width to avoid bridges. An anode bag is recommended to optimize filtration. Nickel squares can also be used in foundry, including 2“x2” and 4“x4” squares.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
