Product Code : ME-Ni-5N-DI
Nickel is rarely used in its pure form. Instead, it is combined with other metals, especially iron, chromium, and copper, to produce alloys that are superior to the individual metals.
The Nickel Disc is a product of the carbonyl refining process. This process makes one of the purest forms of nickel. The consistent product quality and the distinctive shape (for optimum handleability and conveyability) make nickel discs an industry standard for a wide range of melting applications.
ATT specializes in producing high purity Nickel Discs with the highest possible densityand smallest possible average grain sizes for use in semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) display and optical applications. Our standard disc sizes range from 1" to 8" in diameter and from 2mm to 1/2" thick. We can also provide discs outside this range. Materials are produced using crystallization, solid state and other ultra high purification processes such as sublimation. ATT specializes in producing custom compositions for commercial and research applications and for new proprietary technologies. ATT also casts any of the rare earth metals and most other advanced materials into rod, bar, or plate form, as well as other machined shapes and through other processes such as nanoparticles and in the form of solutions and organometallics. We also produce X as rod, pellets, powder, pieces, granules, ingot, wire, and in compound forms, such as oxide. Other shapes are available by request.
ATT is a professional supplier of Nickel Disc, We also produce disc, granules, ingot, pellets, pieces, powder, rod, wire, sputtering target and in numerous other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available by request.

Applications of Nickel Disc
Due to their good properties at elevated temperatures, nickel-base superalloys have been widely used for aerospace, power generation, and automotive high temperature applications since their emergence in the 1950s.
Packing of Nickel Disc
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
ATTs’Nickel Disc is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
