Applications of Nimonic 80A Plate/Sheet
Nimonic 80A plates/sheets are commonly used in gas turbine components such as turbine blades, combustion chambers and exhaust nozzles due to their high temperature strength and good corrosion resistance. It is also used in rocket engine castings in the aerospace industry. Its excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance make it ideal for chemical processing such as reactor vessels, heat exchangers and piping systems.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
