Product Code : AL-NbC-CU-PO
Niobium carbide powder is a black powder with a cubic crystal structure. It has a high melting point of 3500℃ and is widely used in refractory high temperature materials. Niobium carbide powder is a metallic gloss powder with high hardness, harder than corundum. Heeger Materials can provide high quality niobium carbide (NbC) powders at competitive prices.
ATT specializes in the production of high-purity niobium carbide powders with the smallest possible average grain size for the preparation of pressed and bonded sputtering targets, as well as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes, including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), and other processes. Metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Powders are also useful in any application that requires a high surface area, such as water treatment, fuel cells, and solar energy applications. Nanoparticles can also produce very high surface areas. Our standard powder sizes average -325 mesh, -100 mesh, 10-50 micron and submicron (< 1 micron). We can also provide many nanoscale materials.
ATT is a professional niobium carbide powder supplier, and we also produce discs, pellets, ingots, pellets, sheets, powders, rods, wires, sputtering targets and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.
