Potassium bands can come in a variety of shapes, from flat strips to bangle-like structures. Potassium tape can be customized in length and thickness. ATT specializes in producing high purity uniform shape potassium strips with the highest density for semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. Straps can come in a variety of lengths, widths and shapes. Standard sizes range from 0.75 mm to 2 mm diameter with strict tolerances and alpha values (conductive resistance). Alloy tape and gauge sizes can be manufactured to custom specifications for commercial and research applications and new proprietary technologies.
