Product Code : ME-K-5N-SR
Potassium springs are helical springs that can store and release mechanical energy, absorb shocks, or maintain forces between contact surfaces. ATT specializes in producing high purity uniform shape potassium springs with the highest density for semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Potassium springs store and release mechanical energy, absorb shocks, and preserve forces between contact surfaces. Our standard metal springs range in size from 0.75 mm to 1 mm to 2 mm diameter with strict tolerances and alpha values (conductive resistance) for uses such as gas detection and temperature measurement tolerances. Please contact us for custom spring alloys and specifications. Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. ATT specializes in the production of custom compositions for commercial and research applications as well as new proprietary technologies. ATT also casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods or plates, and other mechanical shapes, and in solution and organometrics through other processes such as nanoparticles. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagents and technical grades; Food, agriculture and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available. We also produce potassium bars, ingots, tablets, pills, discs, pellets, springs, and compound forms such as oxides. Other shapes are available upon request.
ATT is a professional supplier of potassium springs, and we also manufacture plates, balls, ingots, balls, flakes, powders, rods, wires, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.
Please contact us if you need customized services. We will contact you with the price and availability in 24 hours.

Applications of Potassium Spring
It is also used in medicine, lethal injections, scientific applications, food processing, soaps, and as a sodium-free substitute for table salt for people concerned about the health effects of sodium. It is used as a supplement in animal feed to boost the potassium level in the feed.
Packing of Potassium Spring
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
ATTs’Potassium Spring is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
