Scandium nitride (ScN) powder is a black powder with a cubic crystal structure. It has the characteristics of high melting point, high hardness, high mechanical strength, high temperature stability, chemical inertness, high conductivity and so on. Used in a variety of applications, including alloys, thin films, wear-resistant materials and magnetic semiconductors.

Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
