Product Code : ME-Na-5N-LU
ATT manufactures metal sodium blocks with the highest possible density and the smallest possible average grain size for use in chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes, including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Our standard blocks are amorphous, uniform sheets ranging in size from 5-15 mm. Bulk materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagents and technical grades; Food, agriculture and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available. Additional technical, research and safety (MSDS) information and reference calculators for converting relevant units of measurement are available.
ATT is a professional supplier of sodium blocks, and we also manufacture plates, balls, ingots, balls, flakes, powders, rods, threads, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.
