The strontium ball has the same diameter as the bar, but is shorter in height. The puck has a smaller radius to height ratio than the disc, but is larger than the stick. ATT specializes in producing high-purity strontium bags with the highest density and smallest average grain size for semiconductor, chemical Vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) displays and optical applications. Strontium bags are round, cylindrical pieces of metal that can be customized in diameter and height. Ball diameter can be customized thickness. Materials are produced by ultra-high purification processes such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. ATT specializes in the production of custom compositions for commercial and research applications as well as new proprietary technologies. ATT also casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods or plates, and other mechanical shapes, and in solution and organometrics through other processes such as nanoparticles. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagents and technical grades; Food, agriculture and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available. We also produce strontium in rod, granular, powdered, flake, granular, ingot, linear and oxide composite forms. Other shapes are available upon request. Strontium bags can be used for a variety of applications and various types of electronic and strength experiments.

Applications of Strontium Puck

A soft, silvery metal that burns in air and reacts with water. Strontium is best known for the brilliant reds its salts give to fireworks and flares. It is also used in producing ferrite magnets and refining zinc. Modern 'glow-in-the-dark' paints and plastics contain strontium aluminate.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L)s quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
