1. When receiving the goods, the user should check the item number, packaging specification, quantity, and appearance of the goods according to the delivery packing list, and keep them properly according to the product storage requirements.


2. If the outer box is found to be damaged or deformed upon arrival, an on-site unpacking inspection may be requested. If you find that the contents of the package are missing, damaged, or inconsistent with the packing list, please contact the sales manager in time.


3. If the outer box is in good condition, if you find that the product has leaked, damaged, empty bottles, missing pieces, etc. after opening the box, please contact the account manager or technical support within five working days after signing for it.

The company guarantees that the goods received by the user are consistent with the indicators on the technical specifications of the product.


If the product has a clear expiry date and the expiry date is less than one year from the date of receipt, the company will guarantee the product quality before the expiry date on the premise that the user properly stores it according to the storage conditions and the product is not opened during the storage period.


If the product has no clear expiry date or the expiry date is more than one year from the date of receipt, the company will guarantee the quality of the product for one year on the premise that the user properly stores it according to the storage conditions and the product is unopened during the storage period. How to check product purity?

We state the purity directly under the name of many products, or in the "Properties" column of the page. If you do not find any purity information on the product page, please click the "Specification sheet" (technical specification) on the product page to view it. If the "Specification sheet" (technical specification) has no purity data, it means that the product has not been tested for purity. We are unable to provide this data.


How does particle size in mesh convert to microns?

The particle size of many of our products is based on the mesh number, which is used to measure the particle size of the product through a sieve.


A "+" before the mesh unit indicates particles that cannot pass through the sieve; a "-" before the mesh unit indicates particles that can pass through the sieve


Typically, 90% or more of the particles will be within the specified range. The conversion table between mesh number and micron, for example: 248576, powder, -325 mesh, ≥99% trace metals basis, means that the product can pass through the 325 mesh screen, and the particle size of the product is less than 325 mesh, and the particle size corresponding to the conversion table The size is 0.044 mm.
