Tellurium Metal and Alloys
Tellurium is a chemical element with symbol Te and atomic number 52. It is a brittle, mildly toxic, rare, silver-white metalloid. Tellurium is chemically related to selenium and sulfur. It is occasionally found in native form as elemental crystals. Tellurium metal is a brittle silvery-white semi-metallic element and is available in disc, granules, ingots, pellets, and other various forms. It is commonly produced as a byproduct of copper refining. Tellurium metal is a semiconductor that varies in electrical conductivity depending on its atomic alignment. The conductivity increases upon being exposed to light. In its molten state, it becomes corrosive to copper, iron, and stainless steel.
ATT provides tellurium metal and tellurium compounds including Tellurium Metal(ingot, rod, plate, powder, lump, particle, tellurium sputtering target, etc.),Purity: 3N~7N, or customized.
