Product Code : ME-Te-5N-TA
Tellurium tape is often used as a strong, lightweight outer coating. In addition, tape can act as an adhesive to hold two objects together. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagent and technical grade; Food, agricultural and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. ATT specializes in the production of high purity tellurium tapes and sheets of various thicknesses and sizes for a variety of industrial uses and provides health and occupational safety information for this product. Most tapes are produced from ingots for coating and film chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes, including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), organometallic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) for specific applications such as fuel cells and solar energy. Tellurium strips are usually thin strips of metal tellurium. All metals range in thickness from 0.003 inches to about 2mm. Some metals can also be rolled as thin as 0.001 "and are used as evaporation sources for microelectronics, optical, magnetic, MEMS, and hard-resistant coatings. The maximum width of the sheet size is approximately 7 inches. For depositing a film on a glass or metal substrate, the maximum length that can be obtained is about 20" and the nominal thickness is about 0.005" to 0.020". The material is produced by ultra-high purification process such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. ATT specializes in the production of custom compositions for commercial and research applications as well as new proprietary technologies. ATT also casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods, or sheets, as well as other mechanical shapes, and is cast in solution and organic metrology by other processes, such as nanoparticles. Other shapes are available upon request. Tellurium tape is used as a protective coating on a variety of materials. Tape is also used for packaging applications.
ATT is a professional supplier of tellurium tape, and we also manufacture tablets, balls, ingots, balls, sheets, powders, rods, threads, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.

Applications of Tellurium Tape
Tellurium has been used to vulcanise rubber, to tint glass and ceramics, in solar cells, in rewritable CDs and DVDs and as a catalyst in oil refining. It can be doped with silver, gold, copper or tin in semiconductor applications. Tellurium has no known biological role.
Packing of Tellurium Tape
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L)s quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
ATTs’Tellurium Tape is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
