Product Code : ME-Ti-5N-PO
Titanium powder refers to the titanium particle group with the size less than 1mm, which belongs to loose materials. Titanium powder is more active than titanium metal, easier to react with other elements or compounds, easier to oxidize, flammable, explosive, belongs to a kind of dangerous goods. Titanium powder particle size can be divided into four grades: coarse powder (1000 ~ 50μm), fine powder (50 ~ 10μm), micro powder (10 ~ 0.5μm), ultrafine powder (< 0.5μm), the smaller the size, the lower the purity. In grade titanium powder (Ti content ≥ 99%), the lower the oxygen content, the higher the quality, and the oxygen content less than 0.15% is often referred to as high quality titanium powder.

Product Information
Titanium powder refers to the titanium particle group with the size less than 1mm, which belongs to loose materials. Its performance integrates the characteristics of titanium matrix and the commonness of powder body. Because titanium powder has a larger specific surface than titanium metal, titanium powder is more active than titanium metal, easier to react with other elements or compounds, easier to oxidize, flammable, explosive, belongs to a kind of dangerous goods.

Applications of Titanium Powder
Grade titanium powder has different uses according to different purity and size, it is mainly used as powder metallurgy titanium or titanium containing raw materials. Other applications are used as electric vacuum getter, surface coating materials.
Packaging of Titanium Powder
Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
ATTs’ Titanium Powder is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
