Applications of Nano Tungsten Powder (W)
Cemented carbide material: It can be widely used in the cemented carbide material of high-end military and civilian equipment such as aerospace and large ships;
Electronic packaging alloy materials: It can be used in application materials for electronic packaging, electrodes, microelectronic films, gas sensors and other equipment;
Precision mold: It can be used in precision mold materials and powder metallurgy products.
Sintering aid: It reduces the sintering temperature of tungsten products (1200℃), which is 800℃ lower than the sintering temperature of conventional tungsten powder (2000℃). The density can reach more than 95% of the bulk tungsten material, which reduces the subsequent vertical melting, rotary forging and other processes of tungsten products.
It can be used to prepare nanometer tungsten carbide powder.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
