Zinc Concentrate

Product Code : ME-Zn-5N-CE

ATT provides zinc concentrate with most zinc base components. The preparation of zinc concentrates usually involves the removal of water from the zinc solution. ATT specializes in the production of high-purity zinc concentrates with the smallest possible average grain size for the preparation of pressing and bonding sputtering targets, as well as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes, including thermal and electron beam (E-Beam) evaporation, low temperature organic evaporation, atomic layer deposition (ALD), and other processes. Metal-organic and chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). A zinc concentrate is similar to a powder in that it is composed of tiny, dry particles of pure material. Concentrates are also useful in any application that requires a high surface area, such as water treatment, fuel cells and solar energy applications. Nanoparticles can also produce very high surface areas. Our standard concentrated particle sizes average -325 mesh, -100 mesh, 10-50 micron and submicron (< 1 micron). We can also provide many nanoscale materials. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagents and technical grades; Food, agriculture and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available. Other shapes are available upon request. Zinc concentrate is good for transportation because it reduces weight and volume. The solution can be reproduced by adding solvents as it is used.

ATT is a professional supplier of zinc concentrates, and we also manufacture plates, balls, ingots, balls, flakes, powders, rods, wires, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.

Applications of Zinc Concentrate

Zinc is also used in alloys such as brass, nickel silver and aluminium solder. Zinc oxide is widely used in the manufacture of very many products such as paints, rubber, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, plastics, inks, soaps, batteries, textiles and electrical equipment.

Packing of Zinc Concentrate

Standard Packing:

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L)s quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.

ATTs’Zinc Concentrate is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
