Zinc flange standards include ASA/ANSI/ASME(USA), PN/DIN(Europe), BS10(UK/Australia) and JIS/KS(Japan/Korea). The temperature and pressure tolerances of the flange depend on the rating. ATT specializes in producing high purity homogeneous zinc flanges. ATT offers annealed or hard custom flanges and will meet most common Milspec or ASTM standards. Zinc flanges are round with convex ridges and different threaded holes on the outside. In addition to standard alloys, ATT also specializes in corrosion resistant alloys, high temperature applications and custom shapes and forms, including custom drilling locations and threads. ATT also produces zinc rods, zinc ingots, zinc powder, zinc flakes, zinc flakes, zinc pellets, zinc wires, and zinc oxides in complex forms. Flanges are often used to connect pipes or steam cylinders. Most flanges have outer ridges with round holes so that the screws can provide extra security and strength.

Applications of Zinc Flange

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L)s quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
