ATT specializes in the production of high purity uniform zinc mesh, which can be used as screen or gauze. Our standard wire mesh sizes range from 0.75 mm to 1 mm to 2 mm diameter with strict tolerances and alpha values (resistance) for applications such as gas detection and temperature tolerances. Please contact us to manufacture custom alloys and specifications. The material is produced by ultra-high purification process such as crystallization, solid state and sublimation. ATT specializes in the production of custom compositions for commercial and research applications as well as new prAoprietary technologies. ATT also casts any rare earth metal and most other advanced materials into bars, rods, or sheets, as well as other mechanical shapes, and is cast in solution and organic metrology by other processes, such as nanoparticles. ATT produces a number of standard grades where applicable, including the Mil Spec(military grade); ACS, reagent and technical grade; Food, agricultural and pharmaceutical grades; Optical grades, USP and EP/BP(European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia), and follow applicable ASTM test standards. Typical and custom packaging is available.

ATT is a professional supplier of zinc bullets, and we also manufacture flakes, balls, ingots, balls, flakes, powders, rods, wires, sputtering targets, and many other forms and custom shapes. Other shapes are available upon request.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L)s quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 440 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
